TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the ColorMyPics mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is operated by Tiffaney Rideaux (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Service

ColorMyPics converts user-selected images into cartoon-style black-and-white coloring pages that can be saved and printed from the user’s device.

The App:

• Processes images selected by the user
• Converts images into a printable coloring-page format
• Allows saving and printing from the user’s device
• Provides 5 free conversions per rolling 30-day period
• Offers an optional one-time Lifetime Unlock for unlimited usage

The App does not generate original images and does not use generative artificial intelligence models. The App uses algorithmic image-processing techniques to transform user-submitted content.

3. Purchases (Lifetime Unlock)

ColorMyPics offers an optional one-time in-app purchase (“Lifetime Unlock”) priced at $79.99 (or the equivalent price in your local currency as displayed in the store at the time of purchase).

• Payment is processed by the platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and charged to your store account upon confirmation.
• This is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.
• You can restore this purchase using your store account restore mechanism (for example, “Restore Purchases” in the App if available) on eligible devices.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies and applicable law.

4. Free Usage

Users receive 5 free image conversions per rolling 30-day period. Unused conversions do not carry over. We may modify usage limits or eligibility in the future.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You own or have legal rights to all images you select for processing.
• You will not use the App to process copyrighted material without authorization.
• You will not use the App for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.

We do not review user-selected images for ownership or legality.

6. Copyright Disclaimer

Users are solely responsible for ensuring lawful use of images processed through the App, including compliance with copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All App code, branding, processing systems, and design elements are owned by Tiffaney Rideaux or licensed to us. You may not reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App except as permitted by applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the Lifetime Unlock (if any).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Company is established, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply. If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, you retain mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date above indicates when the Terms were last updated. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
